The farmhouse is surrounded by about a garden
of mq.2000, with flowers and fruit plants and trees. In the garden there are also an outdoor dining table,
a small childrens playground and a barbecue
for guests, all in complete peace and security. The farm entrance is protected by an electric
gate which will receive the remote control.
The swimming pool of mt.10x4 is for the exclusive use of guests; is equipped with sun beds and may be used at night with lighting inside.
Beside the swimming pool is a romantic lake of mq.1000, fully fenced, surrounded by green trees and fields.

Inside
The apartment is about mq.120 and is part of a only house
where at the ground floor there is the cellar, with oven where once
a week the pizza is prepared to spend an evening with farm guests
, while all rooms of villa are at the first floor.
The three bedrooms of the apartment features are all spacious, airy and well furnished in classic style, favoring the use of prestige wood and wrought iron. There are two double bedrooms of mq.16, one with a balcony, while the third has two single beds.
The available bathrooms are two, one with bath tub
The rustic kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, fridge, freezer, electric oven, dishwasher ... Upon your arrival you will find on the kitchen table a few sample of our farm products: wine, olive oil, grappa, limoncello, honey, seasonal vegetables freshly picked.
The living room has a sofa with two armchairs and a fireplace at your disposal.
A large terrace with table and chairs allows you to eat and relax in the hottest days.
Remember that everything you need for your stay (bath and kitchen towels, ironing board, ...) are already in the farm to your arrival.

Farm
The farm, totally family, was founded in 1970 by love for
nature and countrylife of the owner Giulio Martinelli,
born and lived in the town of Montecarlo, and with the help of his wife Franca.
From this love for nature was born inside the farm, in 2002, the farmhouse Villa Monica, managed by his
daughter Claudia.
The main activity is the breeding of pigs, with about 300 pigs for year. The farm is full of animals from rabbits to chickens, as well as cats and dogs, and there are crops of fruit trees of various kinds, vegetables and the ever present olive groves and vineyards, which come from oil and wine of excellent quality . From some years the farm also produces his personal honey.
Only recently has the company added a new friend, the donkey Beppe, with which childrens can enjoy giving him food, accompanying him on walks and trying to ride it!
